In SCW, AT support issue?

I am in the Early Madrid scenario, and I am holding fast against the Republican counterattack over the river. I have two core AT units behind/beside Nationalist infantry, yet when enemy armored cars or tanks attack them, my AT units are NOT providing support fire!?!?

I understand how your General trails do not transfer to Nationalist units, but why are my AT units not providing support fire? Is this by design, or a glitch?

Edit: I am now finding it is true of my artillery as well.

Share support between all side 1 players is definitely turned on. Do you have a save file before an enemy turn we can inspect?

Okay, here it is. You can see it take place on numerous turns as well. On this particular turn, you'll see how my 10.5 cm artillery guns are not supporting the infantry troops when they are attacked.

Hmm, there are some artillery units that only provide support fire against hard targets and some that only provide support against soft targets. I can't imagine what would be causing AT to not support against hard targets though.

I am now playing Bilboa and I am noticing it again: My 10.5 cm artillerie is not providing support fire to Nationalist infantry when they are attacked. And yes, they are being attacked by Republican Infantry, not hard target. Perhaps nobody has noticed it before? AT and ART will provide support fire to MY core troops, just not my allied forces.

I also had the same support problem with artillery and AT units.
I will check if it happens in all scenarios

I'm playing Ebro, and my aux German 10.5cm arty is NOT firing in support of Nat inf being attacked by Rep inf.

So MAYBE AT was fixed? But they did not fix ARTY? Sounds weird.

The weirdness continues. I have definitely still seen inconsistencies too since that post. Make sure it isn't the Nat Inf that is doing the attacking, because I have definitely witnessed my artillery supporting them while on the defensive...but in other scenarios...I am not sure. Same for AT. Perhaps it varies from map to map? They really need to check it because it does make a big difference. After all, the Condor Legion was there to support the Nat forces, so if that very function is broken...WTF???
