Yeah, that's the new effort from Funcom, who made Anarchy Online.

Umm, I played Anarchy Online for almost 5 years, from launch in July 2001 until this past February.

Funcom has some of the worst customer service in the industry, they just treat their customers like crap. I would be very reluctant to ever get involved with them again, or see anybody I liked do so.
