I'm curious what the ip address has to do with finding out why some games have been rendered unplayable by Slitherene's latest update to the PBEM system.
Are certain regions blocked from accessing your new PBEM system?

Know the email address and IP address, I am using a HP desktop pc (Windows Vista Home Premium) and a Dell laptop (Windows 10)

+ we need an IP because most players are not seeing these issues and it allows us to look at the logs and compare your experience to what is happening on the server.

+ the client version number is usually shown on the title screen, or the options screen, inside the game. It of course varies with each game. You can generally see the version number shown on the My Page download page for a title (assume you are using the latest version).

Still cannot login to the Server using BA
Error message is "The Server has been unable to validate your details" Please contact Support forums.

Using Windows 10. Was working fine until the server changeover.

I have emailed Support with the game and IP details but there is still no change and I cannot log in

We finally found the ErrorCode 0 error and we are working into it. We'll let you know as soon as we'll upload a fix
