Error logging onto multiplayer server

Hello, I just started receiving an error pop up when I try to log into the PzC2 multiplayer server saying that my serial number has not been found (see attached image). I've been playing the game for several months without issue. I am able to access the Slitherine servers in my other games. I've been playing the game on the same laptop as well. Any ideas what could be the cause? Thanks!

48 hours later and I'm still having the same issue. Anyone have any answers?

I raised a ticket with the Tech support.

Paulo, from Slitherine, emailed me to say they are looking into the problem.

Can you please all confirm if you are playing the standalone version or the Steam one and if you have been a part of the beta testing?

I bought my version from Slitherine and not from Steam. I haven't taken part in any beta tests.

Same here. Purchased the game directly from Slitherine, and I was not a beta tester.

Just logged into the multiplayer and it seems to be OK now.

Same here, I am able to successfully log into the multiplayer server and take my turn. Thanks so much for fixing the problem, Von Paulus!

Ahoi,

my game standalone version from Slitherine.
got also a problem with the Multiplayer Login. But my Window looks a bit different. It say "Login" Unknown Error and Token is Zero
Now it says The user SSL id is invalid
