In the very first mission, Fornebu/Oslo, only 1 Bonus objective has triggered in my gameplay. I saved all of these BF 110 hexagon tiles and captured every victory hex. There were still a few turns left to play either. Only one single enemy unit were alive, beside the units in the Oscarbourg fortification. I then leveled the strength 15 strongpoint in the northwestern edge of the map and once I did this completely the mission immediately ended successfully but without giving me the second commendation point for achieving all bonus objectives.
That was an experimental trigger to see if we could make a scenario allow for players to exit it quickly instead of milling around if they happened to have a few turns left over.

It failed (as you noticed it caused a massive problem with CP rewards being skipped), and was going to be removed... but looks like that didn't make it into the live version.

Hopefully this can be properly adjusted, but in the meantime yea I wouldn't recommend blowing up that fort and just letting the timer naturally tick down if you have a few extra turns to spare. Given the positive response to the CP system, maybe someone can make a mod for it to appear in the UI? Or even better, maybe it'll finally find a home in the UI somewhere? One can dream the feature is that successful to warrant a permanent place in the UI somewhere.

But if you did save 3 of 4, which is supposed to be enough for the requirement, and ended the scenario by naturally running out the turn limit... that is a serious problem that would need a new investigation.
I already replayed it without destroying that fort and saving all of the 110s. And I let the turns run out. And got the hot Nazi chick. So it worked out in the end, but I didn't know what I was doing wrong. Experiment and figured it out. Thanks for letting me know.

Art team did a fantastic job with her, not going to lie.

Very sorry for the technical problems with the triggers being wonky... glad you were able to get the correct rewards with the extra explanation. I will definitely try and get this issued patched ASAP so future players don't have this issue.

Oh, I almost forgot.
When starting a game without importing a Core, I noticed one of the units you start with bwas a sIG Artillery piece that wasn't available for purchase as far as I could tell. I didn't think much of it and figured it would probably unlock in a few missions or something, but I don't think I ever saw it pop up.
Now, I might have just missed it at some point but I' unfortunately unable to check atm and didn't want to forget again by the time I get home in case it is an actual bug or something.

So is it intentional we do not get enough CP to get the Artillery officer, and the Neubaufahrzeug? Cleared all bonus objectives, still only get 3 CP, not the 4 required from what I'm reading here. Certainly not popping up in my game, Officer didn't the first try either, went back and did it again then she appeared.

Also just commenting on the Blucher message, it does say avenging the not sunk Blucher :p

Edit: Assuming im not just misreading the later responses, 4 is the intended number after the first mission, then you spend 3 for Elsa, and the next mission does not give you enough for the tank?

You can easily get both (the Neubaufahrzeug becomes available towards the end of the scenario, so you can pick up the CPs you need for it before that happens). The real decision is whether to take the first prestige sink or forfeit one of the two unique heroes or the Neubaufahrzeug (if you take it and Elsa you cannot get Bar w/o the prestige sink; the same is true for other combinations).

Sinemora is correct. As part of enhancing the CP system, we're starting to use it in different ways. So like here, it won't always show at the very start of the next scenario. It might be part of the current scenario, and be dependent on actions within that scenario as well.

Just adding a little bit of extra flexibility and variety to the feature. :)

It is here on turn 5 that you can spend 3 Commendations to support women in auxiliary roles, granting the special Hero Elsa Kloss.
Kloss is an Artillery Hero, and provides any Artillery assigned +3 Ammo and +1 Range. Despite not giving any special Traits, this is still a potent buff, as many of the more powerful Artillery have very limited stocks of ammunition, and extra range is always useful for an Artillery.
...
Just finished this training exercise, but I didn't see Ms Kloss. I picked two fighters and then all infantries. Is that an Artillery unit required in order to have this happen? Or some other tricks required?

Also, how about those prototypes at the top left corner? Just some show pieces? Many thanks.

Did you complete the Bonus Objectives in Fornebu?
If you did, did you destroy a 15 Strength Bunker during said mission?
Commendation Events don't show up if you didn't have enough Commendations, and apparently there is a bug with Fornebu where destroying a particular Fort causes the scenario to end early and prevent you from earning any Commendation Points.

The Prototypes are indeed just showpiece as far as I know.

Dodging the Republican navy to reach Gibraltar in the SCW campaign is a simple matter of timing; just leave an infantry unit at the port, embark and head due east on turn 6. Assuming the Republicans don't find anything to fire at in Iberia that should be enough.

Assuming you don't take the prestige sink, the Verdeja 2, I-16 cache, Galland and the final Madrid cache probably make for the best combination. The IIA isn't much of an improvement and you have to level it from scratch, but the earlier I-16 cache could be worth it if you're not using Italian fighters and need to free up core slots (it's much better than the German fighter given it has similar performance but only requires 2 slots, but the Bf 109 is better than both). This does require securing every single optional objective, however, so skipping the I-16 cache is safer (you really wouldn't want to miss Galland).

It's not possible to requisition the sIG 33. I brought it up during the beta as I assumed it was an oversight (it's not exactly an overpowered unit and the SP version is available -- the Sturmpanzer I); I'd expect it to be patched in at some point.

Good to know then. As you said, it didn't appear to be anything too special beyond the whole only appears as part of a non-imported army, so it was quite a curious existance.

This issue should be fixed in the latest hotfix with that troublesome Fornebu trigger finally killed off.

I wonder if we, who import our core force, ever will get the the new heroes as the the ones who are not importing such as Siegfried von Bonde (AO1939), Reinhardt Herzog and Ludwig Mittermeier (both AO1940) ?
Perhaps as a special Bonus Objective or Cache :?: then the non core importing gets some random "normally" Heroes instead so both import and non imports are getting something..

Another thing is, as some other have mentioned earlier, getting vehicles such as sIG 33 (could be given as a protype since it was first introduced in nov 1941).
I would allso like to have the possibillity to buy the PZ II Flamm after helping Rommel in the Battle of Abbeville june 1940 (Rommel had it in game in this Battle) so should be given as a reward for helping him perhaps for some commendations point or a prestige sink.
Commendations Points and prestige sinks need some reworks though, I know that.
If that not is possible, then be avaible in a future update patch as prototypes and later productives since both have the chassis of a PZ II - the PZ II Flamm could allso be given as a gift after Abbeville.

Those Heroes are pretty much their as compensation for not importing Cores.
Importing your Core gives you an army you have already been building to your liking, imported units are likely more experienced overall, you have more Heroes thatn when you start without Importing, and you also get the benefits of Commendation Rewards for units like the Verdeja and Heroes like Oleh Dir.
So in order to help keep the power difference too extreme the regular Heroes you get for not importing are all pretty potent and Siegfried, Reinhardt, and Ludwig make decent standins for Commendation Reward Heroes.
The thing is, giving access to these Heroes to people that do import their Cores widens that power difference, even if importers get theirs later than bon-importers. So while I do somewhat agree on the basis of wanting all the shinies for my army, I do think keeping those Heroes exclusive to non-importing is a good decision for balancing between the two types of game starts.
Of course, even if the developers keep it that way, I'm sure someone will make a mod at some point that gives access to them for importers.

Units on the other hand are a different story. I don't know why the sIG 33 is exclusive to non-import 1940 starts, but I don't like it and have no idea why it is limited that way. Which is admittedly why I have been working on a Units Mod (mostly for personal use) that amount other things removes a number of NoPurchase traits from things like the sIG 33, the Panzer IIIB, and a number of other units.
As for the other unit you mentioned, I'm pretty sure the Panzer II Flamm is available to buy at some point in the main Campaign, and since I think they use the same availability lists we'll probably have it turn up in the shop soon enough, maybe even in the upcoming 1941 expansion. Besides, it's kinda neat seeing Rommel using Prototypes we don't have and some captured Units like we do (I can't remember where but I swear I saw a Matilda II or something in his force one Scenario).

Kerensky has stated the Helmut will not be appearing as a hero in the AO DLCs. Somewhere.

I am, in fact, already working on it, but it will probably be a few days before I post. There are a few Events that are conditional on imported Cores I want to check and I may not have any Cores ready to import.
