Fix to unit deployment on Cyprus, Malta and Gibraltar

Attached below are a files to fix the following issues in GS v4.00:
* Spawning of UK units each turn when Egypt is conquered (Cairo and Kuwait captured). This will now not happen
* Deployment of non air units on airfields. This can now not happen.
* Deployment of UK units on Cyprus, Malta and Gibraltar. This has now been deactivated

Deployment on islands can now be controlled by new settings in general.txt:
ISLAND_MALTA_DEPLOY 0 /* 0 = can't deploy on Malta 1 = can deploy */
ISLAND_GIBRALTAR_DEPLOY 0 /* 0 = can't deploy on Gibraltar 1 = can deploy */
ISLAND_CYPRUS_DEPLOY 0 /* 0 = can't deploy on Cyprus 1 = can deploy */
ISLAND_SARDINIA_DEPLOY 1 /* 0 = can't deploy on Sardinia 1 = can deploy */
ISLAND_ALBANIA_DEPLOY 1 /* 0 = can't deploy on Albania 1 = can deploy */

Sardinia and Albania are allowed, but can be turned off by changing the 1 to 0 for the settings.

Make a backup of the following 3 files: game.class, global.class and general.txt
Download the new files from the Dropbox links below.
Place the files in the following folders:

game install folder is the root folder of where you installed the game, e. g. D:\Games\Commander-Europe-at-war

<game install folder>\game (this means the game subfolder of the GS 4.0 installation folder)

Say yes to overwrite the existing files.

Hi Peter,

in the last week I learnt from two of my game partners that they have problems with the above class files. Both are using Mac.
I am waiting for concrete symptoms/error messages, I'll post them once I know.

In the mean time, are you aware of any (potential) issues?

Addendum: On newer Macs, problem could be a new viewer of Java that was designed specifically for Big Sur. The game crashes at launch.

My opponent will try reverting to a Mac Java version, with which the game worked on his old Mac.
I'm not sure how this relates to the patch itself, my other opponent only had problems with the patch.

The above fixes are for the PC only. The MAC version needs a separate compilation.

I think Pk867 isn't working on the MAC version anymore after Apple decided to stop the Java support in the latest OS versions.

Buy Windows 10 and use Boot Camp or Parallels on your Mac or purchase a refurbished, used Mac and run nothing higher than macOS High Sierra and install Java 6 patch.
