[solved] Cannot login for multiplayer

Hello,

I am using the new PG iPad version and have a problem with the multiplayer login. I created a new account, but when I try to login I get the error message “Game url is non-existent.”

Did I do something wrong? Is this an internal error? (I never played PG multiplayer before.)

I hope someone can help me.

I tried to register a second new account with a different email address. This time a got the message to follow the instructions in the registration email. I got an email, but it was empty. PG says the account is not activated. I can login to see the profile (with join date 31 Dec 1969!) but cannot login into the forum (”You have specified an incorrect username”).

With my first account (this account) I can use the forum but I couldn't see my profile (for example to change my password). I never got the message to follow instructions given in the registration email. No email in spam folder.

Nevertheless I got the first account working:
1) Deleted all cookies (solves some problems like seeing no profile data or seeing the profile data of the second account while logged in with the first account).
2) Reset password (solves PG login problems).
