Scenario can't be finished

I finished the Tobruk scenario as GB and tried to end my turn which would end the scenario as well. The game had frozen- I can perform other actions like checking the units, etc. but can't finish the game. Restarting the Steam or game didn't help. Here is the screenshot.
Also in overview the game is active, I can join it. Any ideas to finish this?

Some of the scenarios (don't know if this particular one is one or not) require you to hold objectives until the last turn, so even if you capture all objectives it won't end until last turn.
Just keep clicking "turn over" and see if that works.

I didn't mention it- the "turn over" was clicked and right know it cannot be used :D

I'm having the same issue with Wlodawa scenario in the AXIX OPERATIONS 1939 Campaign. The End Turn icon is grayed out.
