after update : loading save game = crash [solved]

Hi,
I played Caster of Magic for WIndows 1.0.0.0 for a while and wondered why the update process always gave an error message. Then I checked the slitherine site and found CasterOfMagicForWindows-UpdateComp-v1.03.00.00 which I installed.
Now the game crashes whenever I try to load a (brand new) save game. I am not good enough for "iron man", so please help ! I attached a save game file. What can I do to get reloading working again at all?

Edit : I found the problem. I was loading a save game while it was still saving. When I wait until it's finished saving, I can load without crash. I think the saving process got an overhaul, because it did not happen in the 1.0.0.0 version.
