Savegames transfer

Hi there
I read that I have to copythe documents/mygames/panzercorps files to my new computer for proceeding the grand campaing where I left it off on my old rig.
All file are shown correctly when I hit "load" but the nothing happens when I choose a file und hit "load".
Has anyone an idea?

What I did:

- Installed Panzer Corps
- installed Grand Campaign 1939.
- Took the files from documents/mygames/panzercorps of my old rig and put it in the same place on my new one.
- Updated the game 1.22

If you see the files listed it means you copied them into the right place. I frankly have no idea why they fail to load. Can you start a new game and save and load that save?

this actually works, yes.
Now i've replaced the launcher.ini and the log folder as well with the one from my old documents/mygames/panzercorps (before I didnt overwrote it).

Now the game doesnt work at all. Now it says after double clicking the exe:

"proj.dat is encrypted, and you have not provided the correct code. Go to next item (if any)?

When I hit ok:
"DynaZip UnZIP Error: User skipped this operation"
and after ok again:

"Failed to extract project file to memory"

??
I use win8.1

This is really strange as the log folder just contains some log files which are well just logs and the launcher.ini file just contains a few information saved with resolution and some settings. Nothing should cause such a strange behavior. Try to delete the launcher.ini file and the game should start with default settings and recreate the file. This hopefully let you at least start the game again so we can focus again on the loading problems.

Ok the problem has magically solved itself now.
After shutting down my pc yesterday, today after dounble clicking the pc.exe a complete different window appeared (the one with the ipad app ad instead of the older one). Now it works and I can proceed to france... very strange, seems like all it needed was a reboot. Sorry for wasting your time
