[QUESTION] VAB level 2

Can't see anything on this but what is an upgrade to the VAB for? Not going to the moon since I managed an Apollo landing and nothing else has whined about it not being at that level. Admittedly I haven't tried 2 launches in the quarter to see if that was it

I imagine that it would allow you to build bigger rockets, like the Titan 4 and Saturn 5 (and later, the Delta 4, Atlas V and Orion Space Launch System).

It will also very probably be related to the boosters mix-and-match feature that is currently under heavy developpement.
