Clean design, easy to use, to the point.... well done!

From the about page:

"Our goal is to combine the intuitive yet deep gameplay of classic wargames with modern day standards of graphics, sound and animations."

"Our design philosophy is to treat each aspect of a game with great care and attention to detail. Gameplay, UI, balancing, artwork, animations, sound, music, AI, … each of the individual pieces are handled with passion by our crew, carefully merged together to achieve the best possible gameplay experience."

I've been hoping for quite a while now for a team to stand up and use this kind of approach, because I truly believe that it can help to reach a wider audience...a new audience. People nowadays are bombarded with nice looking games, even on phones, it simply becomes harder to compete when you stick to visual, audio and GUI standards from the year 2002 in 2014. Even at Paradox you're seeing the trend of more attention to detail and GUI design in games like CK II and EU IV. I already saw this trend with games like (your) Panzer Corps and Unity of Command and hopefully more developers will follow. Panzer Corps for example showed that you CAN have attention to details and still make a substantial profit. Also Unity of Command has shown what even 2 guys can pull off with the right approach and attention to detail.

Take my money...! :D

This looks like the game of my dreams being a turn based Pacific Campaign with stunning looking (modern) visuals as well. Notwithstanding invading mainland Japan / 'Operation Downfall' scenarios, as well as a Japanese campaign to reverse history! 8)

Really looking forward to the release, will probably be a must buy for me.

It's looking very promising!

I don't have much to say at this point, but this unlaid egg looks pretty much like that of an ostrich to me! :)

Unfortunately Easter is over already, but wouldn't mind having it for Xmas. :)
