[GLITCH] SET member Showing As New Candidate

this is as of update 7.19. Don't know if the name of the SET member is relevent but it is Sergio Shea. He was already a member in advanced training and he showed up in the roster for hire in available candidates panel

I have the same problem with the latest update (.7.23.1) but i can't upload the xml file
In the year 1956 shows up as in advanced training for two seasons when hiring set employees.
