Congratulations, v.1 is now here, you've done a great job, even so, I think it's a good idea to write a wishlist:

Improve system errors in the mission

Image

The new system is very well and gives the necessary emotion, even so, rather than percentages, we would be better to indicate that error or problem exists and that solution should be explained as solved and that the failure to explain accident or malfunction

Name missions

It would help a lot, especially for AAR and immersion in the game, the missions are named automatically and chronologically. For example:
Unmanned suborbital Mercury Flight - Mission Success:Mercury 1
Suborbital Mercury Manned Flight - Mission Success: Mercury 2
Mercury Orbital Unmanned Flight - Mission Success: Mercury 3
Mercury Manned Orbital Flight - Mission Fail: Mercury 4
Mercury Manned Orbital Flight - Catastrophic Mission: Mercury 5
Mercury Orbital Unmanned Flight - Mission Success: Mercury 6
Mercury Manned Orbital Flight - Mission Succes: Mercury 7
...
If we could put our name to The missions also would be fine and would be a great idea

Edit:
These two requests or desires are BASPM players and people interested in the game, collecting information on the AAR thread I'm writing with Fremen. If people write requests or desires of the game, I will write in this thread.

Yes this is a good game with potential to be a great game.

I really wish that the historical data was more accessible. This would be really helpful in every window.
-The museum should provide a clear timeline of your missions and your opponent's mission history (BARIS did a great job with this).
-Crew (and staff) bio's should clearly show a mission count, duration, and accomplishments (not just assigned to such and such mission). You should be able to access this info from any window where the pilot/staff's name pops up.
-Each mission should get a "check in the box". There are many mission and program windows. In the mission configuration window it's hard to figure out if I've completed the mission or not. There should be an icon showing that the particular mission was completed.
-The mission configuration does have a goals achieved section, but the goals disappear when you complete them. This isn't so bad, but I'm pretty sure that the goals can be completed by another mission, once again, leaving me wondering if I flew that mission or not.

All in all, I enjoy the game, but it could do a better job of making information accessible in the right places.

Can we also have the ability to name our saved games? For those of us who might have multiple programs going at once, this would give us an easier way to distinguish them. It can get a bit confusing when all slots are full...

When you sort controllers by skills, it initially sorts them lowest to highest. You have to press the sort button again to sort them highest to lowest. It would be nicer to sort them highest to lowest the first time.

YES! This is something that I really want to carried from BARIS! I currently hate how I get a catastrophic error without knowing what the hell happened. As for wish, I would also want to have during mission failures (no deaths), to have the gameplay continue and depict the rest of the mission while the crew attempts to return to earth with all its respective checks instead of a mere "mission failure" text plastered along the prestige drop.

Other things that I would really wish to have for a future update is to be able to know on the mission configuration screen how many mission control operators I need for it along their posts and main skills needed.

In a similar way, when asigning astronauts, I wish that I could know what kind of skills the crew needs for the mission steps depending of their role, because currently the game only clearly depicts and sorts them by their leadershp skills (Which I imagine its good for the commander, but... for the pilot too?). For example in BARIS, when you are asigning crews for missions like the Gemini, the commander slot would higlight capsule and docking skills and for the pilot LM (lunar module, which I imagine its a way to depict piloting) and EVA. And in the case for a mission like Apollo, the Commander would have capsule, the pilot LM and EVA while the CSM pilot would have docking:

Also would be interesting to both NASA and the Soviet space agency had short-term and long-term goals.
Although long-term was always the moon, in future versions would be updated once achieved the goal of moon landing; I guess it would build a space station, send a probe to Saturn, ...
