Another suggestion I have noticed. Whilst on the rocket program management screen I often want to reassign SET staff from other projects to the rockets and vice versa. All you seem to be able to do is dismiss staff. I think some added functionality would be great here where you can at least unassign SET staff directly from those screens so you can free them up for the payload programs. Although I do, like others have said, feel that splitting up the payloads and rockets opening/R&D is a bit awkward and it would have been much more straightforward to have all of you programs together on one screen. Also being able to pick up and drag personnel from one to another program would be nice.
Finally there doesnt seem to be a back button in the GUI at all. I am often wanting to go back to the previous screen I was on but there doesnt seem to be a way to do it. You have to keep going back to the HQ screen and go out from there again. Its a little bit labourious. Its a shame there isnt a heirarchical text menu or something with all the departments you can go to on the left hand side instead of just those 3-4 buttons (that I can never remember). Then to get anywhere in the game it would just take one click on the side bar menu - much nicer and faster!

More suggestions!

Re: More suggestions!
Let's call your suggestions 1. and 2.
3. It's still a pain to find open goals in a program. If I click "manage programs" (open programs) it would be nice to see how many open goals there are inside a program. I have to open each and every submission to find the one missing goal.
4. I like the contributor pictures. But it's kind of confusing to find a "best ager" to be 23. Is it possible to categorize and use them accordingly?
5. It would be nice to get information when hovering over an assigned scientist. Right now I have to pull her from a project to see her stats.
6. I still think that "C:\Users\yourenamehere\AppData\LocalLow\MatrixGames" is a pretty weird place. Why the heck "LocalLow"? Nothing good was found there. Ever. Please, go to "C:\Users\yournamehere\Saved Games\MatrixGames". It's much nicer there.

I'm using v. 1.2.0 (February 26th, 20:15 GMT). Maybe I'm making a fool of myself for the second time today, but since it's a bad hair day, too, I don't really bother: Here it comes:Notice that suggestion number 3 has already been fixed and it's available on the latest beta patch.
I don't see it. Thank you again and
have a nice day

Re: More suggestions!
Hello dergilb,
No problem at all. If you click on the icon that features an 'arrow target', you'll get a list of all the goals that can be achieved by said program (with the ones that haven't been achieved yet grayed out). Though looking at the comments from your second picture I now realise it makes sense to include that same functionality at the mission configuration level. I'll do that, then

Re: More suggestions!
Better, yes, but I still have to go through all missions and their goals to see whether there are completed or not. What about using the same visuals like in the other screen (x out of y goals) or just making the dart board green (the one I have to click and skim now for the goals) if all goals are completed? At-a-glance information would be perfect.

The green dart board is very clever!
I'll add it to backlog and see if I can fit it in a future patch.

7. It would be nice to get to the project (R&D Assignment screen) when clicking the project's picture in SET's "Manage Personnel".
