Combat preview enhancement request

It would be useful to be able to view combat previews when being prompted for placement of reinforcements. My decision on where to place them is often dependent on the likelihood of combat outcomes, so it would be very helpful to get combat previews at that point.

The same goes for when making the interdiction decision.

It would also be useful to get combat previews when waiting for an opponent's move, but that's lower priority.
