Modal Window Error

I am running through the tutorial and I have just leveled up spell research. The turn before I had a big battle and I have a basic spear unit that is able to level up. It seems that since the tutorial is waiting for you to click the spell level up, it won't take the unit level up answer. I did restart the save file and the battle was refought. There was another unit level up and the problem appeared again.

This is also a problem with heroes levelling up. The tutorial won't let you click to level up the Warlord or a unit. This causes the game to be unable to progress.

I am at the same point in the tutorial. Since the level up window doesn't let you use any windows in the background, and because the tutorial won't let you click any buttons but the ones it wants you to click, it creates an irresolvable problem. I'd categorize it as a showstopper.

I recommend creating an exception for level up windows in the tutorial, so that they can be clicked at any time.
