Should a support ship be able to repair itself?
The tools are available and within reach.
The ship in the screenshot has been idle for one turn and has not attacked/been attacked.

Many Naval ships carry just enough to patch up minor problems, whereas a support ship can do major repairs on the spot. So yes, a Support Ship should have the ability to repair itself, and others.

I know it can self-repair when strength hits 3, but this is common to all ships. I would like it to be able to repair itself like it can with other ships.
Same conditions; no move/attack/being under attack.
