The containers question: what happen if...

I have a set of theoretical questions.

what happen if my scout is destroyed while carrying one of the Pryoni/arion keys? Am I definitely unable to do "something later with in the game"

If a Station is disassembled and loaded into a few cargo ships and then some cargo ships are destroyed, What will happen?
Is the station "destroyed"? What to do with the other containers full of stations' pieces? I didn't saw the "cleanup containers" button.

Not sure about the first question but if containers of part of a space station are lost then as far as I can tell you've lost that station as I've had this happen to me via some sloppy stealth ships getting caught..
