[iOs] DOES ANYONE HAVE AN ISSUE WITH PINCH&ZOOM?

Hi everyone!

We have been reported that on some iOs devices the pinch-and-zoom feature is not working properly. You can see an example of what I mean in this very nice video review. This is NOT how pinch-and-zoom is supposed to work in our game, and it's really painful for us to watch.

Unfortunately, we can't seem to reproduce this issue in the 16-or-so iDevices we have at our disposal for internal testing. Does anyone experience this problem? Can you tell us a bit more about your configuration (which device, iOs version, model...). Does it happen always?

We really hate this bug: it makes the game frankly unplayable. Can you help us to get rid of it?

Thanks for pointing me here, yes the behaviour in that vid is exactly what I am experiencing. I was doing this previously although I don't know when it started, I presume at last update, but not sure.

I see it on MP, single player, tried different campaigns, seems to be universal within the game. I am iPad Air 2 9.3.4 now....

No specific settings - UK Lang, music on, cards on, lieutenant difficulty, bought Rangers DLC. Will try some cold rebooting now.

Aaaaaand the reboot does the trick zooming nicely now!
