Oath of Fealty - When available?

I'm itching to put together an "El Cid" army to take on the arab/moor army my friend is building following Wolves from the Sea. I was gutted to find this army is not in WFTS as the Normans of the same period are. :( :shock:

Guess I will have to wait for Oath of Fealty - but when will this be on the shelves? :?
