BA2 on Windows 11?

Good morning Pip and everyone,

I've just bought a new laptop which came with Windows 11 Home, it has both a Intel GPU and a NVidia RTX4060 GPU (which is what I have currently set as default). After installing Steam & BA2 and trying to start the game, the launcher opens and I click on the "Play Battle Academy 2" button, I see a new task in the task bar, but the game doesn't open. And the mouse isn't visible above the task bar. If I right click on the BA2 task and select "Close Window", I get an error popup (XML below) which also has to be closed by right clicking & selecting Close Window from the task bar and then it and the BA2 task both finally disappear.

There is no debug.log nor error.log in "\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battle Academy 2". I thought there used to be an options.txt file in there that contained the scree resolution, but I don't see one on the old PC let alone on this new laptop.

Any thoughts or ideas? Or am I just SOL trying to run an old game like BA2 on Win11?

Thank you Pip! I found the following post from you on the Steam BA2 discussion forums ...

Check the options.txt file in Documents/My Games/BA2. Are the rezx and rezy values the same values as your screen resolution?

Thank you Pip! I was looking for the options.txt file in the wrong place. Updated it and I can now play BA2 on my new Win11 laptop!
