How many games are we playing?

It will be 4 Steve.

Timings from last year seemed to work well. The venue will be open from 8.00 am on Saturday morning. Entry was very quick last year.

Please aim to be there before 9.00 am to register. I will aim to be there for 8.30 am. Ideally the first round should start at 9.15 am. Allowing 3 hours 15 minutes per game sees us finish at 12.30 pm. As it's a big show let's take 90 minutes for lunch and resume at 2.00 pm.

On Sunday I suggest an earlier start time of 9.00 am. I hour for lunch so restart at 1.15 pm with a 4.30 pm finish.

That should allow us to get cleared away by 5.00 pm.
