FOGR Hungarian Koruc Rebellion Army For Sale
After much soul searching, I have decided to sell my Khurasan Miniatures Hungarian Koruc Rebellion army ( Duty and Glory Book). I think this is one of the most colourful armies around and I have found it effective on the table top.
Being sold on EBay UK but can be shipped worldwide.
Seller is marshalney2000

OK (always willing to give a break to a fellow techno-luddite). I'll look you up on my 15mm Renaissance lists and then click on "other items".

Re: FOGR Hungarian Koruc Rebellion Army For Sale
Thank you Vespasian for your kind comments on the painting of the army which also highlight how things have changed. When I first went to conventions in the 1970's you could spent £25 and get a bucket of figures to take home while now you are lucky to get a 20 figure unit or two resin figures if you go to Games Workshop. With an army like this where all the figures are imported from the USA you not only have postage but also customs charges etc. this is even before you count the cost of metal bases which I think are around 16 pence for a 40mm by 30mm base. When you add up the cost of the figures plus bases, painting time etc. I am not exactly overcharging on the army. When I first went to Britcon I would sell an army on the bring and buy for £50 or so but can not afford this now.
To be honest if I do not sell then I will only be too happy to retain the collection. Knowing me if I do sell then a few months down the road I will be thinking why did I sell this and start again from scratch.
Is there anything less rational than a wargamer!!

No John, I think it is perfectly reasonable. The lottery win is necessary to circumvent the budgetary restrictions of SWMBOI am not exactly overcharging on the army.

Ditto - I liked the look of them, but I'll need to sell some stuff before I can splash out to that extent (and yes, the price is very reasonable for that quality).

Ah well, did not sell first time around. Back on Enay at a reduced price and buy now basis rather than auction.

I gathered from other threads you were away on travels so that's not a problem. I'll check my personal email and respond from there.
