I got this problem in Sandbox mode after about 250 turns into it.

To resume game I went to Save folder and deleted all but the last 3 saves. The last save will not respond but the 2nd to last will.

I have contacted the dev through Discord and he has a copy of my save game which I posted in the 1.0.6 update thread. He was working on the problem this last week end. No word back yet if solved.

Might post in that thread with link to this thread so he can get/have your save game too.

I have not been on Discord this weekend. I am having problems with Slitherine when I try to "check for Updates" for this game though. Hmmm....
