So is the highlighting of the 4 columns upto and including the 'type' column correct? Just wondering why Ray says 'LH' column when all battle group types are in that column? Should the 'BG#' column be left free of numbers and hence why it didn't work for me?

Yes, I just highlighted 'order of march', BG#, Troop name and Type. 4 columns

I thought it would work and it did in terms of sorting the OOM, but the points values went to N#A so not a solution unless I did something wrong?

Just seen the latest Neo-Elamite list in the March 2024 amendments. The list refers to a 'Neo-Hittite and Aramaean' ally commander and contingent. This is obviously incorrect and should be corrected to 'Neo-Elamite'

The book 3 list for Later Hungarian p132 says crossbowmen has minimum 6-12 bases and 08 handgunners with a total of 6-16. ok thanks. The point I had missed was on p48 that because they can charge or choose to charge then the the shock BG must also pass a CMT to not charge.

so overlap is not 'melee' even though they are fighting? Therefore the shock troops have to charge or test not to. I think this is open to interpretation but will accept as I am sure you have come across it before, Phil.

Isn't there somewhere that says that a BG can shift upto half a base to avoid disordering terrain? That may only be for movement though and not charges?
