1) Opportunity fire for the player is broken. The first unit to move in range is fired on, often while still in cover and gaining that defensive bonus. As a player I wouldn't take that shot, I'd wait until the enemy had stepped into the open before firing. I might also opt NOT to shoot at a particular target, waiting for a juicer one to appear, for example a Recon unit instead of a light vehicle. This is a major problem that can easily influence the outcome of the scenario. There needs to be a mechanism for the player to have the option invoke opportunity fire on any junit that moves into range.
2) Scoring engagements is also broken. In this instance Clint with one life assaulted Hanz with 2 lives and Hanz was eliminated.

3) Vehicles fire through buildings. I've noticed this in several scenarios.
I've also found instances where a vehicle should have clear line of sight between buildings but doesn't. This may be related to not being able 'block' doorways, which is a rule that badly needs to be changed. Units can be trapped in a variety of ways, why not by vehicles in buildings? In the image below you shouldn't be able to take the shot but the Greyhound is marked with a target symbol.
