Planetary Supremecy territory issues

Encountered an issue during Planetary Supremecy when attacking a neutral territory. The game would load and my army would be floating beneath the map where I can only see the skybox. This has happened twice in a row within reloading the game from a save.

Note: This issue has occurred after the free update and changes to Planetary Supremecy and had turned up when capturing two territories.
