Open Beta v1.5.16 Map Reroll option needs testing

The latest Open Beta (v1.5.16) allows Map Rerolls to be set as an option for Ranked MP Custom Battles when the challenge is set up.

If the option is checked, then concessions in either player's first 2 turns will be ignored for Elo ranking purposes.

We would be grateful if people could test this and report any issues.

Also, is two turns enough? Can we have some feedback from the organisers of (or players in) tournaments that allow re-rolls.

Note that Ancients will need to be tested separately as it uses PBEM2 rather than PBEM3 which has a different codebase, so if one is bug free, it doesn't guarantee that the other will be. An Ancients Open betas will hopefully be released next week.
