Re: Panzer Corps 2: Axis Operations - 1946 | Change Log

- Improved handling of units from deactivated mods. When a saved game or core with such units is loaded, the game will not crash, but instead show all such units as "invalid". Thank you for this, just recently got this issue when I messed up my units.csv and unsubscribed from all the mods...

Re: Panzer Corps 2 - v1.1.22 Update

I cannot continue as well. After the first scenario of AO 1940 (in Norway) and I choose the training mission the game immediately crashes when I click on Accept. After rebooting my PC I still have the same issue. Edit: I started a new campaign AO 1940, did not import any core, used the cheat to win ...

Re: Order of Battle: Allies Defiant - Announced

Great news. Really like the campaign path from Norway to France and then North Africa (and next DLC's I assume Sicily, Italy, Normandy, Antwerp, Arnhem/Market Garden).

Re: There is quite a big error in one of the 1940 DLC maps of the Netherlands

I don't know how large the map is, but I guess the main action will be around Rotterdam and Den Haag/The Hague with all the paradrops.

It looks weird though :?

Re: Full list of PC2 units

You can see all units in the Units.csv file (open with Excel or OpenOffice).

For steam it's located in ..\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Panzer Corps 2\PanzerCorps2\Content\Data

I don't have the Axis Operations - 1939 visible, in game however I can see/select/play it.
(on a sidenote I can also buy and deploy artillery as that seemed to be another issue)

Steam is...weird...

Re: Kursk graphic looks very bad ...

2gig vram (960GTX) is the only thing mentioned, when it already states the min and max of the game before anyone needs to purchase etc so already is noted and a reply to most of your questions... so yes it will play, but also it won't look as good on the hardware owned, as it doesn't have the memor...

Re: Panzer Corps 2 - Axis Operations DLCs announced

So... - a grand campaign - starts in Spain and then to Czechoslovakia and the French Saar invasion, last 2 sound interesting - bonus objectives - more immersion - new gameplay features like giving general orders to allied troops and a more varied AI Hmmm If I would have written a wishlist for upcomi...

Re: Multiple Program Installations?

You must have a double installation. I use steam and I have one folder "Order of Battle Pacific" which has 7 subfolders, the executable and some more files. In this subfolder I have "Order of Battle - Pacific_Data" and "Order of Battle - WW2_Data". Total install size is...

Re: Are the unit stats random?

In general: all unit stats need a thorough pass! There are a few instances of units that are under performing (BF 109) or over performing (T-60). I have no doubt that within a few months we will see new player created unit sheets. And probably different ones for MP and SP. Personally I would have re...

Re: Horses are too strong against tanks

This comes up so frequently, I wonder if there is a education problem we need to solve. There are various graphics for other events in the game, why not one for something as important as close combat events? Interesting point. Does seem lots of people don't understand close combat. Would be a good ...

Re: Supply Rules Seriously Flawed

All 4 map edges as a supply point is indeed madness. Two sides should be more than fine and this should be dependent on the map/scenario (though the east and west sides would probably standard). I'd even like supply points on the edge of the map (on roads or towns) much more. So if you can cut of a ...

Re: What do Panzer Corps veterans feel about PzC2?

SUGGESTION to the devs (bless their little cotton socks)- introduce an "Aircraft outline" graphics option that puts a white outline around all aircraft to make them stand out like I've photoshopped to the planes below. (Or even better give us a choice of outline colour (white/red/blue/etc...

Re: Sorry about this, but....

It's a game, not a simulation. I also frown when my Panzer IIIJ in open ground gets attacked by a Soviet Guard and each loses 2 points. But the Guards units have a really high HA and GD so numerically it's right, but my expectations are quite different. Maybe try out Steel Division, a more accurate ...

Re: Bug Reports

If a medal received one of my units during the AI phase, it is better to stop the game because the text hides the battlefield. You also don't have time to read this. Therefore I see this as a mistake or a need for improvement. Yes, this is really annoying. Better to show this after AI has completed...

Re: Feel the Wheel of Steel: Red Steel Review and Discuss

I have a 2560x1440 27 inch monitor, and for me UI is now too large. Seems fonts increased as well. Is there a way to make the UI and fonts smaller, as they were before? maybe I'm wrong about the fonts, but UI definitely occupies more space now I have the exact same setup and noticed this aswell. A ...
